Crime Victims-Family Financial Help

Donation protected
‘Victims of crime’ is a label no one wishes for their loved ones, especially for a family who was hit hard by tragedy a few years ago. My mother, sister, and brother were the innocent bystanders and unfortunate victims of a horrendous crime (a police chase gone wrong) which left my brother with minor injuries, and my sister and mother in the ICU fighting for their lives. My mother was the sole bread winner who was working a minimum wage job trying to support my siblings and I after my dad unexpectedly passed away due to medical complications a few years ago. My mother was working hard in order to put two children through college, and help me financially since I am currently in medical school. My sister (a neuroscience major),  my brother (a computer science major) and I are currently watching our mother fight for her life while the person who caused this has not been convicted yet. It is known that the suspect did not have insurance and therefore we are unable to receive financial assistance from the insurance company.  Here is a synopsis of what happened: http://fox6now.com/2017/09/19/police-suspect-sought-after-tow-truck-crashes-into-vehicle-and-parked-car/ http://fox6now.com/2017/09/20/police-woman-described-by-witnesses-as-out-of-control-tow-truck-driver-arrested-in-western-wi/

My family's medical condition is as follows:
Mother-Suffered traumatic brain injury, collapsed lung, fractured facial bones, ribs, knee, and ankles, possible left side paralysis, coma-like state, and currently in critical condition. We are uncertain of what her cognitive and motor functions will be like after she recovers or how long her recovery will take.

Sister-Suffered a minor brain bleed and minor pelvic fracture. She was discharged 6 days later.

Brother-Suffered minor injuries. He was discharged 12 hours after the accident.

We are currently trying to raise money for medical bills and living expenses as we continue to pray that my mother makes a full recovery, which will without a doubt be long and arduous. We would be grateful if you contributed to my family’s cause whether it is financially or with prayers. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you consider donating or sharing this post with your friends and loved ones
