Mary-Beth Holland Brain Surgery
Donation protected
Dear Friends:
For our loving and wonderful friend Mary-Beth, a mosquito bite in the summer of 2010 became West Nile, which led to encephalitis and most recently epilepsy. After numerous trials the epilepsy is not responsive to treatment. Her seizures have become frequent, debilitating, and scary.
Her only hope is brain surgery.
Surgeons expect a 4-6 month recovery. This means she'll have to temporarily stop serving her clients as a Pilates Instructor/Personal Trainer, a livihood she adores. She'll be unable to meet living expenses, rent, and past medical debts during this time.
Her friends have started this GoFundMe campaign to alleviate her financial burden. We are asking your help to raise $15,000, as this surgery is the only hope for a normal life. Let's help her make this daring step a little easier.
We all thank you for thinking of her.
Her surgery is scheduled for March 7, 2017
