Mason and Ryan's funeral expenses

"Mason Oakes and Ryan Jensen weren't just cousins, they were best friends. Together they shared a love of life, family, spontaneous wrestling matches, and all things Motocross. And together, on November 19th, they left this Earth and returned home to their God that gave them life. As their friends, we hope to come together to help their wonderful families offset some of the financial burden of laying their boys to rest.

Both Ryan and Mason were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Ryan graduated from River Valley High School in Yuba City, California, and Mason from Springville High School in Springville, Utah.


Ryan was loved by all who knew him, and the energy in him could be felt in any room he stepped into. He loved the outdoors and was a true adventurer at heart, willing to try just about anything. He was looking forward to starting college soon.

Mason had an infectious personality, and a special love for children. He had been home for only two weeks, having spent the last two years as a missionary in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He came home happy and ready for the life ahead of him. He had plans to begin training to become a helicopter pilot.

They will both be missed by their families, church and community. Thank you so much for your support."
