Matt's medical fundraiser

Matt had a heart attack and quad bypass surgery in May 2017.  Immediately his insurance deductible and annual out-of-pocket expenses were maxed out.  Unfortunately Matt's insurance carrier changed July 1st, which maxed out those expenses yet again.  On January 1st his health insurance changed again.

Matt has faced increasing insurance deductibles and annual out-of-pocket expenses.  For example: If he goes in for a test on January 15th, and that test costs $2,000, he's expected to pay $2,000.

While Matt has continued to recover, the road has been rocky.  Health-wise, he is doing better than two years ago.  Financially, it's been a stress and a burden.

The purpose of this campaign is to help Matt recover a bit financially, and to help him get back on his feet somewhat.
