Maximum Endurance in Maximum Security

Through the month of March my partner Jeffrey Kent will be running 31 ultra marathons, one for each day from the depths of a maximum security building, Edmonton Remand Center.
We are doing this to raise awareness for domestic abuse and all funds received will be going directly to WIN House in Edmonton, a wonderful organization that directly tackles the issues surrounding women suffering abuse from a loved one.
A Facebook page has been set up in which we post everyday, Jeff records his actual distance he completed for the day and he posts excerpts of the book he is writing. I will be posting facts and stats about WIN House, running and other things. Please follow the link and follow along. We'll see you there!
We are proud to be doing what we are able to rise up, no matter our circumstance, and be there for some of the most vulnerable people in our area.
We have set a modest goal and literally every dollar will help.
