Fighting Cancer Fund for Tammy

My friend who is more than a friend, she is so close to us we consider her family, Tammy Nelson.  She just finished school last May and received her degree in Respiratory Therapy.  She is 40 years old and has two beautiful daughters and a grandbaby on the way. She started having pain about a year or more ago and we weren't sure what was going on with her but she would put on a heat pack and continue to work.  She got better for a while but then the pain would come back again. And again. And this last time was more than she could bear.
After a trip to the ER, she was diagnosed with a tumor. A very large tumor that in fact flattened one of her ovaries. She was scheduled for surgery and this tumor was removed. One side of the tumor was benign. The side that was laying on the ovary but the other side was found to be Malignant. The side touching the healthy ovary. She will now go back into surgery to have the other ovary removed and uterus and then begin chemotherapy treatments. In the meantime, the bills are coming in.  We are asking for any donations. Trying to reach $5000 to help recoup some of the cost. Please share this with everyone you know.
