PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE AT WWW.GETHEALTHCONNECTED.COM !
In most cases, transportation is the biggest challenge faced by people with medical issues, especially sick children and elders. Patients are sometimes unable to secure appointments and see medical professionals for prescriptions in time. Additionally, with wait times for appointments increasing and the number of healthcare providers declining, quality care for many is out of reach. This is why MedHealth is creating a Telemedicine Program that will serve the entire community.
CONNECT THE COMMUNITY!!
The Telemedicine Program will serve as a more convenient and immediate source of medical care for the community. Using computers, digital platforms, and video conferencing, the Telemedicine Program will make it possible for patients to seek treatment for such conditions as infections, diabetes, high blood pressure and other family medical problems completely remotely!
WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT
Building this technology and equipment comes at a price. MedHealth aims to raise one million dollars to set this project in motion and you can help. With your assistance, any patient in need of healthcare can have an appointment with a licensed provider on their computer, tablet or smartphone through a secure video chat. In return for your donations, we offer;
By donating a minimumof $10 we'll update you as we work on launching our Telemedicine program.
For $250, we'll send you a handwritten Thank You for your contribution.
Donors at the $1,000 level will be included on the MedHealth Superheroes Hall of Fame on our website.
