Medical and Bills Help due to Back Surgery

My name is Nicole and I recently had back surgery on my L4 and L5. I had severe bulging disc with a severely pinched nerve which caused me to not be able to use my right leg or feel it as it was numb. I visited 4 hospitals in total to get treatment. I did get the needed surgery, however since I was out of work do to the injury that I received while walking and falling on concrete, I haven't been paid. All the money in my savings went toward rent for the apartment I have and now I am in a financial bind as I am needing to pay the medical bills and regular bills, but do not have anything left in my accounts to do so.

Therefore I am reaching out here on Go Fund Me for assistance. I am hoping that kind hearted people will see this post and hopefully be able to assist me. I appreciate your time in reading this and thank you for any help or prayers.
