Medical Device Wish for Kolton

Kolton and his family learned on Easter Sunday 2016 that he has Type 1 Diabetes.  Their journey through this disease has not been easy as they have had to hit the ground running and learning a new life style together as a family.  Kolton struggles everyday keeping his numbers where they should be to keep him healthy!  As Kolton was writing his letter to Santa last week his wish was for a Blood Glucose Monitor and maybe even a service dog.  As most kids are wishing for the newest electronic device Kolton is wishing for a medical device!  No child should ever have to wish for a medical device!  Sadly the cost of this device is ongoing as monthly expenses for new supplies come every month.  And the cost for a service dog starts at $15,000 as well as monthly costs for the dog.  Let's show Kolton some Christmas magic and make his wish come true!  Merry Christmas!
