Helping Noah Lease-Kennedy

Whitney High School Sophomore Noah Lease-Kennedy was seriously injured on the field during the JV football game against Central. Noah was taken by ambulance to Sutter Roseville with severe abdominal pain.
After a CT scan was performed, it was determined that Noah had a lacerated spleen and was bleeding internally. Coils were inserted into his spleen to stop the bleeding.
Noah has been in the ICU since Friday night. On Sunday morning, Noah still had bleeding in his abdomen. The artery were they put the coil in and embolized is holding, however more than two-thirds of his spleen was damaged and it's still losing blood. The doctors estimate that he has lost about 1 1/2 liters of blood and there is still about a liter of blood in his abdomen. They are still determining whether of not to remove his spleen.
Noah is a great deal of pain and is not out of the woods yet. If they don't have to remove his spleen, he will be moved into a regular hospital soon. As of September 4, Noah is still on the Neuro Trauma Unit ICU at Sutter Roseville.
Noah, his mom Renee' and two sisters live in Rocklin. As you can imagine, medical bills will start to come in soon. The monies raised by this campaign will go directly into an account to help pay for those bills once they come in. Any amount will help! I know the whole family will appreciate your generosity!
