Welcome to my journey!

Thank you so much for taking a moment to check out my page. I am an Oregon Health and Physical Education Teacher and AVID Coordinator, working towards funding for Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training in July 2015.

I am so excited and thankful to be sharing yoga and mindfulness meditation with my students now and look forward to continuing my own learning through official Therapeutic Teacher Training this summer with the Soma Yoga Institute in Hilo, Hawaii.

This program will provide an intensive 22-day experience, and will allow me to hone my knowledge and skills, and gain the strategies to make a real difference in my students’ lives and in my community.
