melody's funeral fund

Melody aged 11 had Rett Syndrome and a variety of gastrointestinal conditions.  Melody has spent most of her life in hospital often in horrific pain, unable to talk or walk.  Sadly Melody who fought the biggest fight for her life passed away on Tuesday 3rd July 2018.  Her parents, Karina and Nigel, have not been able to work for years due to caring for Melody and are now facing not only their grief, their childrens grief but the huge costs involved in planning a funeral. They rightly want to give her the best send off possible and I am asking for help to ensure this happens.  RIP Melly Moo xxx

Melody is from Croydon, although she has spent a lot of her life in London hospitals, most recently Kings.  I am from Buckinghamshire, our families are entwined due to my daughter having Rett Syndrome too, neither girl can talk but their friendship shone through, smiles say it all.  Any funds raised will be used to ensure Melody is given the best funeral possible, offering her family the opportunity to give their little lady everything they would like to.
