This is a organization dedicated to honoring the 33 crewmembers of the EL Faro which sank in a recent hurricaine on October1, 2015. Our son LaShawn Rivera was the Chief Cook on the ship when it went down.
Funds raised through Mending A Heart will support rescue and recovery efforts for the missing crew, emotional and spiritual healing. So far none of the crew has been rescued or recovered but families remain optimistic.
Please help us raise funds to aid rescue and recovery to help give us closure.
The goal is to cotinue this organization as long as any person is missing long after these crewmen are found.
