We believe Point's mission of empowering promising LGBTQ+ students to achieve their full academic and leadership potential closely aligns with Merkle’s core values.

More information about Point Foundation: Point Foundation (Point) is the nation's largest scholarship-granting organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) students of merit. Point promotes change through scholarship funding, mentorship, leadership development, and community service training.

Merkle’s first goal is to always be a great company. As part of our 7 Simple Beliefs, we promise to recruit and retain great people. By supporting a scholarship foundation, we hope to align our company closely with the ability to help LGBTQ+ students of merit overcome obstacles, and to inspire them to consider joining the Merkle family upon graduation.
