Help Merrie Cherry get well!
On Friday, June 15th, Merrie Cherry entered the ER on what she thought was a minor illness. after multiple test it was realized that she had suffered a minor stroke. Immediately she was hospitalized and under strict evaluation.
After 5 days in the hospital she's finally been released, but has a long list of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and a lot of rest.
I’m asking for $4,800. This is the minimum she will need for to cover 2-3 months living expenses. Every penny you donate will go straight to covering basic expenses like rent, utilities and transport.
From Merrie...
"For me drag is not just about nightlife, its a way to reach out, to bring people together regardless of who they are - drag is about finding out who WE are, together. Oh and, honey, by the way, I was wearing flats before those drag race girls - I was a pioneer of wearing flip-flops to the club… :-D
If I ever made you smile, gag, dance, and laugh or if you think I might do in the future then girl, NOW is the time to show me some love.
And by love I mean paper… of course ;-)
On-behalf of Merrie Cherry thank you for your donations.
