My amazing husband, Michael has decided to do something not many others would do: give the gift of life and be a LIVE LIVER DONOR. Yes you read that right. Here is where it gets more amazing, the person he will be saving is my NEPHEW-in-law; YUP DOUBLE WHAMMY! The Surgery is in 10 Days!

 Tim (or Timmy as we all call him) started becoming sick. He was diagnosed with Lyme disease. Then it happened.  At one of Timmy's doctor appointments, he was given the tragic news that he needed a LIVER TRANSPLANT!

When we heard this devastating news I did not know what to do or what to say. I just knew that my niece and her amazing husband were about to go through hell and there was nothing I could do to stop it. Without even giving it a SECOND thought, my SUPERHERO husband looked at me and said, “I will do it". YUP Michael decided right then and there he wanted to be Timmy's LIVE LIVER DONOR. DONATING 60% OF HIS LIVER TO TIMMY!
