Michigan Chefs for Amatrice

Michigan Chefs for Amatrice has been established by Luciano DelSignore of Bacco Ristorante and Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina to aid the earthquake victims in the town of Amatrice.  

Amatrice is the birthplace of the famous pasta dish, Spaghetti all'Amatriciana, and 100% of sales from this dish at the participating restaurants below will be donated to the town of Amatrice. 

Please help support efforts to bring relief to the people of Amatrice by simply ordering Spaghetti all'Amatriciana at these restaurants during the month of September or you may donate directly on this page!
