I want to do more than enter a race — I want to go the distance for the kids of St. Jude.
This is why I've registered to participate in San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and Half Marathon as a St. Jude Hero. I'm running for a reason, and I need you to help me reach my fundraising goal.
Why Support St. Jude?
St. Jude Research hospital is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
Beyond treatment, St. Jude provides support in all forms to the families of children being treated for these life-threatening illnesses. Families of patients at St. Jude NEVER receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food. This help allows families to focus on what's important - helping their child in their fight to live.
