Misha's Top Surgery Fund

Dear strangers and loved ones, I'm Misha. I'm a non-binary transgender person and I use they/them pronouns. I have been taking testosterone since May 2018 and I have been saving up for/raising money for top surgery for a while now.  I can remember moments of confusion and dysphoria happening to me ever since I was small. I know with every fiber of my being that top surgery is what what I need in order to live freely as a non-binary person with crippling chest dysphoria. I plan to go to Dr. Kenneth Wolf in West Bloomfield, MI for my surgery. He requires a $500 deposit to book a surgery date, which goes toward the total cost of $6400 (the price increased in September 2019 from $5900). I would love to book the surgery for as soon as possible, but I need to be positive I'll have enough money by then. When I look in the mirror, I want to see myself. I know having top surgery is something that will dramatically relieve my dysphoria, as well as radically improve my self-image, confidence, and therefore quality of life.
