Mission Trip to Uganda ~July 1,2018

For the past 8 years I have desperately wanted to take a "mission trip" to visit our Sister school in Uganda.
About 14 years ago a wonderful priest named Father Mathias built a school with the $1200 my school raised and named it St. Andrew !
My passion is to connect our students here in Chicago with the students in Uganda.
I am also on the board of directors of One Heart Uganda, ~https://oneheartuganda.com~
which is a sponsorship program that assists the children in Uganda to attend this school!
With your help and generosity, this July /2018 I will have the priveledge to visit some schools and 100 of our scholarship students. I would like to create awareness and instill compassion in my students and educate them on another culture that shares the same faith!
For those of you who know me, know I don't even like to "camp", but my passion to meet these students outweighs my fears! Your donations would help me with the expensive flight, shots, lodging, and travel expenses.
