Mita Brain Center in Honor of Robyn

Donation protected
Exciting Dr. Robyn McMaster Scholarship will be offered yearly to keep alive Robyn's work at Mita Brain Center! Robyn looked at hopeless problems with brain-based possibilities-- especially for those often left behind.

Dr. Robyn McMaster
left us on July 7, and we miss her presence in our lives every day. Those who knew Robyn remember her dearly as fun, funny, caring, kind, and loving. If you crossed Robyn's path, you walked away smiling -- energized, inspired, and knowing you had a true encourager cheering you on to success as you found and fulfilled your purposes on this Earth. Robyn believed that love helps people find and follow their call, and all those who knew her -- whether for minutes or for a lifetime -- felt genuinely gifted with love, kindness, and support.

Twenty years ago, Robyn started supporting and working with Dr. Ellen Weber and the Mita International Brain Center. Robyn was passionate about the ways brain research was making a real difference in educational resources and changing lives as teachers and students learn to use brain-based approaches in novel ways that engage students' individual interests and abilities. Robyn's passion to help all children learn and fall in love with the process of learning fueled her spirited work with the Mita International Brain Center.

Robyn and Ellen worked together for more than two decades. Their extraordinary friendship and dynamic work have had a local and international influence on brain research and brain-based educational practices that will affect teaching and learning for decades.

Robyn loved and supported teachers as architects of our future, appreciating their hard work and devotion to our children. In recent years, she merged her work with the Mita International Brain Center with her support for Teacher-Authors who create resources to help students around the world with their original educational resources, designed for teachers by teachers to help all students learn and reach their fullest potential. Teacher-Authors who knew and loved Robyn cannot imagine a more beautiful way to honor her life and her life's work -- and make sure her work goes on -- than raising funds in honor of Robyn for the Mita International Brain Center.

100% of funds collected will go to Dr. Ellen Weber and the Mita International Brain Center to carry forward Robyn's beloved work and passion. Your donation will help Ellen and the Mita International Brain Center continue to train progressive teacher-leaders and provide brain-based resources, approaches, activities, lessons, assessments, and curriculum units to students and teachers across the globe. Every dollar makes a difference!

Thank you for helping us honor Robyn and continue her life-changing work and her legacy!
