MJWF Bridge Packs -(MJW Foundation)

Tax deductible
The MJW Foundation is an early childhood non-profit 501c3 organization, dedicated to introducing underprivileged urban children to programs and educational support that will help nurture their inner strength and encourage them to reach for the stars! We are focused on bridging the gap from Head Start to Kindergarten, allowing the children a great transition into their educational journey.

For the past 3 years we have provided over 250 students with back-packs that are filled with all of the necessary supplies needed for their new role as “students”.  It can be a constant struggle for many of these families to provide adequate school supplies for their children, and as a result the learning process suffers – it’s not enjoyable if you are constantly reminded that you don’t have the needed tools.  The MJWF Bridge-Packs help the students transition comfortably into their new educational setting, knowing that they have everything that they need to concentrate on learning.

We have been fortunate to have the support of family and friend donations over the years and  the success of our organization and our outreach is dependent upon it.  We are hopeful that this year that you will consider making a donation towards our MJWF Bridge Pack initiative.

Our goal for the 2017 MJWF Bridge-Packs is to provide at least 100 students with supplies for a total cost of $5,000.
