Greetings, I pray and hope you are just as excited as I was when I saw and heard Coach Q story on NBC with Leon Harris promoting Harris Hero. I knew I had to do something to help this Coach continue his dream of helping the youth.
Quincy Royal coaches the semi-pro Montgomery County Rams football team.
He provides his players with equipment, takes them on college visits and secures them scholarships.
He has used his own money along with connecting with college coaches you to send more than 300 students to college in 10 years. He has never asked for any help, and when a youth was killed prior to him going off to college becasue he did not have 35 dollars bus fare it really took a toll on him, Coach Q knew ever the more he had to continue his dream, helping the youth.
There are so many youths out here getting involved in things they should not and because of their bad choices, lost of hope, no support systems, many feel desolated and from the depths of hopelessness and no positve role models comes death or jail.
I cannot applaud the commitment this man has devoted his life to helping others enough, He is a giant, a hero, a mentor, and brother and father to so many. I challenged you to help this beautiful cause because it is working.
I thank you all for the 1 dollar to the 100 dollars, I know it is going to a great cause and Coach Q and his players are graciously blessed and thankful.
I thank you all so much.
