Motorcycle hit and run recovery

Heading north bound on the 405 when suddenly an orange/red vehicle came from #1 lane into my lane #2 knocking me into a vehicle in #3 lane and sending me tumbling between lanes on the freeway. Happened too fast to even be scared, it was more like "is this really happening?" In fact it was so fast I didn't know a second vehicle was involved until things unfolded over the next few days.
I broke my Tibia, Fibula, 3"x4" open wound on the lower left leg. 3" gash on my heal with possible dead tissue. I had 2 blood transfusions and developed pulminary embolism(blood clots) in my lungs so I'm blood thinner meds for at least three months. I now have a titanium rod throughout my Tibia held in by at least 3 screws that was inserted from the top of my knee under the knee cap. The Fibula remains unaligned do to the adjacent location of the nearby wound. I'll be needing skin grafts to repair the open wound and heal gash. I may need muscle transplants for my heal from either the inner thigh or abdomin. Can't put pressure on the left leg for 6 weeks. We're a single income family and I'm a prideful person so asking for help is not built in me. However, friends have been asking to help so I've put this together not really knowing my total expenses I'll be responsible for or what I'll be short on due to my inactivity.
