MOVE SIT WRITE tour

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
― Brené Brown

We are all storytellers. We tell our stories with our words and behavior, everyday. We tell these stories to ourselves, to our friends and to the strangers we meet. These stories are not always true and they aren't always kind. They can have a profound impact on our mental, physical and emotional health.

For me, these types of stories end now. No more holding myself hostage to my past, what I think my future is supposed to look like or the opinions of others.

To make good on this, I'm leaving a stable income, subletting my apartment and embarking on a 3-month adventure I'm calling the MOVE SIT WRITE tour. During which, I'll be traveling the U.S. teaching people to listen to, record, support/eradicate the stories they're telling themselves.

I'll also be collecting the stories of the people I meet along the way, publishing them on Wanderlust.com and eventually transforming them into a book. These will be human stories of transcending struggles through hard work, growth and self-love. They will show that the philosophy of yoga is truly practiced by every body, regardless of shape, color, size, age, gender, sexual orientation and beyond. I cannot think of a better time than RIGHT NOW to tell these stories.

This is happening super fast. I'm leaving for this trip without much in savings. Without your help, I won't be able to afford this. Your donation will go toward my car rental, gas and food. (ie. the really important stuff that gets me from A to B and keeps me alive. :)

I need to raise these funds before March 1.

I've made a point to keep the pricing of my workshops affordable on this tour. I believe that this work should be accessible to everyone. This means I won't make anywhere near as much as your average yogalebrity. ;)

Below, I have created a series of incentives that should make your donation worth your while. If you want something from me that you don't see below, I'm happy to strike a deal with you, so feel free to message me privately.

Thank you so much for helping. Love you.
