In loving memory of Blake Corney
Donation protected
Blake Corney was travelling in a car with his loving family, Mum Camille, Dad Andrew and little brother and shadow Aidan on Saturday 28th July 2018. They were on their way to a toy shop, and Blake was in his element - surrounded by his loving family and singing his favourite music. Tragically they never made it to the toy shop, a truck rear ended their car at traffic lights on the Monaro Highway and Blake was killed.
Blake was a beautiful, lively and intelligent little 4 year old boy with the world at his feet. His family are lost without him.
We have set up this page as a way for the Canberra community to support Blake’s family during this very difficult time of grief to take away some of the financial pressures they are now facing. Funds raised will also allow Camille, Andrew and Aidan to set up a memorial for Blake at a place special to the family so that they can remember their little boy in the days, weeks, months and years to come without him.
Blake’s tragic death has affected so many in the Canberra community. Any support you can give to Camille, Andrew and Aidan at this time will be greatly appreciated by us (members of Camille’s mothers group) and the Corney/Jago family.
Thank you.
