HOMELESS AND HOUSING SUPPORT
There are more than 60,000 homeless in our city. Many of which are attracted to the transportation hubs: Grand Central, Port Authority, and Penn Station, which rests in midtown Manhattan.
For a detailed understanding of our age old social problem please view our Homeless and Housing Study on Google Docs .
Finding an innovative and creative approach to solving homelessness is a goliath of a task which we are committed too.
MSCC meets with a group of professionals, city agencies, community organizations, and individuals for planning, idea development, actions, and more. We are part of the solution actively pursuing an end to homelessness.
Funding for our programs and administration are provided through donations, sponsoring street fairs, and business memberships. They are limiting. But with your help we can move our community of concerned and involved citizenry's goals closer to reality.
STREET SHEETS DEVELOPMENT
This GoFundMe campaign is for our Homeless and Housing Program's Street Sheets developmental cost. The Street Sheet is an information pamphlet filled with resources for the homeless and the actively engage person who wants to help.
We've gathered a listing of valuable resources and we want to put that information into hands of those who need them.
Your help will be much appreciated!
