Please help me survive financially

My name is Logan, and on March 7th I was in a car accident shortly after I was released from work for the day. As such, I have no worker's comp claim and am fighting to get wage loss reimbursement from the insurance company. As such, my reserves have dwindled and am unable to get unemployment. The last bit of money I have will be used to put food in my dog's belly and a little bit of gas to last me the week. I have been on the phone with my attorney's office on almost a daily basis trying to get things moving. The accident was deemed that I was not at fault, and I was informed that they would advance my deductible and go get my car repaired. I did this, and was later informed that this was not the case by the same person. I have been contacting the property damage agent on a weekly basis looking for an update, and I have no funds for bills, gas, or food for my dogs/myself. Right now, I'm needing help with getting insurance and phone bills paid for, and money to go to/from physical therapy sessions.  I hate having to ask for help, but the speed at which the insurance company is moving I have no other choice. Anything that can be done would be greatly appreciated.
