Needing help with car repairs

We desperately need to find a way to get my car fixed so I can get my kids to and from school and I can go back to work.
My 2008 Buick Lacrosse CXL needs a new PCM and we just don't have the money for the repairs. We have put every bit of extra money we had and have also put off bills to replace multiple parts to try and fix the problems, to no avail. After a week and a half of diagnosing and throwing parts at it, we have come to the conclusion that the PCM has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
In the meantime, my car is sitting, inoperable, in our driveway. I'm not able to go back to work (grocery shopping/delivery) without my car and I also can't take or pick up my kids from school. Instead, my husband has to go to work in Port Richey,FL at 6 am, leave at 7am to come back to Holiday,FL to pick the kids up and drop them off at school in New Port Richey,FL and go back to work in Port Richey by a little after 8am, missing an hour of work and using quite a bit of gas in his work truck. Then, he has to leave work again in Port Richey at 2:15 to pick the kids up from school at 3:05 and bring them home to Holiday around 3:30 and then he goes back to work in Port Richey by 4. That's almost 3 hours total from work he is missing every day, on top of 1/4 tank of fuel or more he is burning through in his 3/4 ton Chevy work truck. His boss, although a very understanding and caring man, is understandably getting irritated at this loss of time every day and we now fear he will end up firing my husband if something isn't done soon.
We are quite literally drowning and there's just no way for us to get ahead enough with our current situation, to be able to afford a mechanic bill to fix my car.
Our livelihood depends on getting my car back on the road. So, we have had to swallow our pride and create this GoFundMe no matter how much we don't want to have to go this route. We have nothing of value to sell and my husband is already working all he can at the moment to get us by. We have no family or friends down here in Florida to offer any assistance so we are completely on our own with this and I'm not sure what our future holds for us in our current position.
If you have a couple bucks to spare, it would be more than appreciated. Anything at all will help at the moment.
