Microgravity SpaceSuit Evaluation

COME, BE A PART OF MY ASTRONAUTICS ADVENTURES THROUGH YOUR SUPPORT!
Who Am I?
I am Anima Patil-Sabale, a Scientist-Astronaut Candidate for commercial space projects PoSSUM and PHEnOM and I aspire to be a NASA Astronaut. I am a Software & Aerospace Engineer, I have worked on NASA's Kepler Mission and in NASA's Intelligent Systems Division.
I am also a student pilot and a certified scuba diver. I have been a Commander for NASA's HERA VII, a simulated asteroid mission. I have been a NASA Girls mentor, a NASA Speakers Bureau member. I have flown parabolas aboard a Falcon 20 to test performance of a spacesuit in microgravity; have spun in a centrifuge and experienced 6Gs in support of a FAA study; have been in a headdown 6 inch tilt position for 16 hours in support of an astronautics study; I am also a singer, dancer, painter, poet and a model; I am currently pursuing PhD coursework in Aerospace Sciences. But above all I am a Mom to my 2 adorable handsomes, 15 and 10 year olds!
I am pursuing a childhood dream at an age of 43, as I did not get the opportunities growing up; I am aware age is a factor against me but I am not going to let that hold me back. I am enjoying every bit of my journey and while I do that I am enjoying sharing my knowledge and experiences with the younger generation, giving them the guidance I missed out on growing up.
My Mission:
I have been building skills to be able to fly to space when the opportunity arises. I have come this far and I cannot stop now cause of lack of funding. This is the reason why I thought of reaching out to you all.
As a Scientist-Astronaut Candidate for
Project PoSSUM I have been participating in trainings and research missions, these all cost a lot and I have to be self-funded.
Friends, I would like to participate in the "Microgravity Spacesuit Evaluation" campaign that is happening in the third week of October. I will be suiting up in a Final Frontier Design IVA (Intra Vehicular Activity) spacesuit and flying Microgravity flights aboard a Falcon 20 aircraft to evaluate the performance of the spacesuit. This program will be supported by the Canadian Space Agency where human performance will be evaluated (suited + unsuited) for various science experiments commonly performed by Canadian Space Agency (CSA) Astronauts on the ISS. CSA will also be evaluating new biomedical monitoring using Astroskin technologies.
I also plan on testing the performance of the Spacesuit User Interface Technology (SUIT) app I developed to use on an augmented reality Microsoft Hololens platform, the same one that I developed for the NASA SUITS challenge earlier this year. This will be a real in-flight test and I am working on enhancing the app, this will be a great opportunity to test it and make improvements to fly with it inside the suit next year!
However, I do not have the funds right now to be able to attend this program. You can pm me and I can explain my situation to you.
The campaign will cost me a total of $6000.
I will really appreciate your support in any amount possible, so I can attend this campaign.
In return I would like to offer you my mentorship, guidance, interaction, a lecture/talk or a space workshop for your children, students or even space enthusiast adults :-)
For every $25 you donate: You get a signed poster and one of my mission patches from me
For every $50 you donate: I will have an interactive half hour skype or video session where I can answer your space related questions
For every $100 you donate: I will deliver an hour long lecture/talk plus half hour Q&A session
For every $150 you donate: I will have a 2 hour long space workshop where I will work with your students on an activity of your choice from my list. In person in the bay area and virtually everywhere else.
For every $200 : All above and anything space related you want to learn from me.
For above $200: A weeklong space workshop for your child
I really look forward to your support and sharing my experiences with you.
Thank You So Much!
Best Regards
Anima
