My dogs eyes have sunken in! HELPME

My beloved doberman pincher has something wrong with his eyes. I came he from work today and immediately notices that Tritin couldn't open his eyes. I realized that both his eyeballs have sunken in. When I try to look at his eyes all I see is pink from his third eye lid. I am so very worried about my baby. I have very little money, and I desperately need to take him to the vet right away, but without your help I won't be able to do this. PLEASE IF YOU CAN HELP ME HELP MY DOG, I WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATIVE.
