MY FRIEND WAS SCAMMED

My friend was scammed out of her life savings, by someone pretending to be Publishers Clearing House. She is 74 yrs old and was so excited. She didn't want the money for herself, but had great plans of sharing it with others. They convinced her if she paid the taxes upfront, her 1.3 million dollar winnings would not be taxed again. For whatever reason, she fell for it. Now she is left with nothing. Her husband passed away in Oct. 2017. This is the only way I can think of to help her. She is a wonderful christian woman with a heart of gold. She would always be the one extending a helping hand. This time she needs your help. Any amount would be helpful. Thank you so much in advance.
