Who’s your Superhero?
Does anyone know someone that took 3 hours to get ready for the day? Drove a car without the use of their hands or feet? Gave a smile or a giggle to everyone they encountered? Got married to an amazing person without walking down the aisle? Had a beautiful miracle child without feeling from the neck down? Worked out religiously to keep their body in the best shape possible? Lived each day with excitement for the future, energy for his beautiful now 7 year old daughter, and true love for his exceptionally devoted wife?
That is our Superhero, Adam Niskar. A tough, tenacious fighter, who although confined to a wheelchair for 17 years and 364 days as a quadriplegic, lived each day with courage, honor, optimism, and a bit of hilarious sarcasm.
All good things must end, and to our loss, Adam needed to leave us on July 31st, surrounded by friends and family. He lived each day as if it was his last, giving it his all.
Adam’s legacy lives on through his devoted wife Lisa and spunky, adorable mini-me daughter Macy. We ask family, friends and all caring people who wish to honor and celebrate Adam...help us to continue to provide for Macy’s future. Your contribution in Adam’s memory will help to pick up where our Superhero left off.
