Let's Help Miss SU Help Others

Donation protected
As you all know my daughter, Shanice Mae Sam, proudly serves as the 84th and Centennial Miss Southern University. There is much more to being a campus Queen than simply wearing a crown.  Working hand in hand with a non-profit organization is one of her many responsibilities. The two charities Shanice holds dear to her heart, and has chosen to work closely with are American Heart Association and the Baton Rouge Sickle Cell Foundation.
Shanice has promoted several events on campus in order to raise funds for both organizations…

As Mom, I am challenging each and every one of my Facebook friends that are able to PLEASE make a donation of any type to make her efforts a huge success. Sincerely thanking you in advance.

Shanice organized the 1st Jags Get Fit 5K Walk/Run during their Centennial homecoming celebration.  Due to the success the  university  is planning to make this an annual event.
