USMC veteran Car accident recovery

I am a us marine vet and recently was in an auto accident around the corner from my home, I was passed out before the accident. I was told my airbags didn't deploy and my car is totaled. I am currently still home because of some injuries so I cannot work until my doctor clears me. I feel useless my wife is doing everything, my daughter traumatized, and all this paper work is delaying any insurance payment from coming in. There were tests the hospital was going to do to see why I passed out but they canceled because my insurance didn't approve it. I just need something to offset these bills and maybe put the rest towards another vehicle. I DONT KNOW WHERE ELSE TO GO OR WHAT TO DO! If you can help I would GREATLY appreciate it.
