Support legal representation cost associated in re-obtaining required zoning permits to continue operation of Nashville Beach.

Based on initial consult fees and required retainer fees our goal amount will at a minimum get the process started. Our goal with hiring a lawyer is to assure that the March 19th meeting will be the final step to get approval.

The petition we created to show support in the upcoming meeting was very successful with over 1100 signatures thus far, it meant a lot to Roman and Janice and will hopefully have a profound impact on the zoning boards decision versus the 12 opposing petitioners.

Just a few dollars from everyone that has shown support will go a very long way. This is the biggest hurdle to assure we get to play in 2026.

These funds will go to Roman for legal cost first, and any additional funds will go directly into the restoration of the courts and facilities to maintain the Nashville Beach legacy.
