Fyte for Wryte

On February 19, 2016, Devin Hoffer was diagnosed with T-cell type Acute Lymphocytic/ Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This disease is seen in all ages, but less frequently in young adults. Devin has a very positive prognosis and although his remission is expected after one month of intensive cancer therapies, it will take a little over 3 years for intermediate/maintenance interventions. All money raised will be for Devin and his family to help alleviate the costs, and to spread awareness of leukemia and other cancers. 

To help kick off the Fyte for Wryte campaign (Wryte being his brother name within his fraternity) the brothers of Pi Kappa Phi, as well as anyone who would like to volunteer, will be shaving their heads in support. The event will be taking place in the SUNT Brockport Union Lounge on March 23rd from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The highest donation on this GoFundMe page will have the privilege of chopping off Scott Meyers (shown above in the picture) Man bun, so make sure to write you name down once you have donated. We would like to thank Silvanos barber shop and Fidel's White House Barbershop for their participation. Also on the day of the event (March 23rd) Jimmy Z's (Located on main street in Brockport New York) will be doing a fundraiser for the Fyte for Wryte campaign.
