On medical leave after surgery and needing help!

In October of 2005, my husband Robert got into a near fatal car wreck while traveling for work back from Dallas to Oklahoma City. He broke 12 bones and had a punctured lung. Since then he has had multiple surgeries: putting a pin in his collar bone, adding a rod to his right femur, and multiple attempts to repair his right foot with pins and screws because the petal went through his heel. A few weeks ago, while just moving around the house, he bent over to pick something up and one of the screws in his foot broke in half. Because of this issue, the bones that screw was holding together shifted. He now is out of work for 10 weeks minimum and will have a surgery on Monday, September 23rd to fix the bones and replace the screws. Like most families, we live pay check to pay check and not having his checks for what could be over 10 weeks is so stressful and feels impossible for us to survive financially! We have two bills (mortgage and car payment) that were paid by Robert's checks every month and those are the two I am most worried about. In addition, due to other household emergencies (car mostly!!) we have two loans we are paying on monthly that I would love to pay off just to make the money last the entire month! If you are someone that has a little extra it would be such a blessing to have some help during this hard time in our lives! Thank you in advance! If all you do is share our story, we would be so grateful! Blessings!
