Paws for a Cause Low-Cost Small Animal Clinic
Donation protected
WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED! Nevis Animal Speak has been approved for the first private small animal clinic on Nevis! The success of our spay/neuter event in 2018 and support like yours have made this a reality. Now is when we need your help most of all... We have an initial $100,000 goal to be able to build our clinic, purchase medical equipment, supplies and medicine. Your generosity will ensure that all dogs and cats can receive treatment whether owned or stray. Our commitment to low cost spay/neuter and basic wellness for all remains our primary concern. We can't thank you enough for your belief in our project and the support shown these last 5 1/2 years to bring this dream to reality. We humbly ask your help to fund our Paws for a Cause Small Animal Clinic. Thank you!

ORIGINAL PROJECT-APRIL 2018
Nevis Neuter & Wellness Project- Nevis, St. Kitts and Nevis CARIBBEAN Nevis is a top rated Caribbean tourist destination known for its beauty, history (yes, Alexander Hamilton was born there) and warmth of the people who have lived there for generations. With YOUR HELP, Nevis Animal Speak, Inc will be able to provide the much needed aid for the thousands of dogs and cats that NEED YOUR HELP today! Following the 2017 hurricanes of Irma and Maria, dogs and cats on Nevis were scattered across the island and reproduced in record numbers. Homelessness, illness, starvation, livestock attacks and desperation of survival of dogs and cats created an urgent need that Nevis Animal Speak, Inc has taken on. On April 6-9 of 2018 Nevis Animal Speak, Inc. held the largest spay/neuter wellness event for dogs in the country’s history. We were thankful to have the support of our local government and were able to bring in a team from Caribbean Spay Neuter and Ross University join us to make this huge undertaking a success. We spayed/neutered and treated 307 dogs (and 3 kittens) in only 4 days and put into foster and re-homed 19 dogs, cats, puppies and kittens that were surrendered during the event. Hundreds of volunteers from both St. Kitts and Nevis helped make this event possible BUT we aren't done! There are THOUSANDS of roaming dogs and cats on Nevis that need YOUR HELP today! Most owned dogs and cats roam free creating unwanted and unmanaged litters wherever their roaming takes them. With YOUR HELP, we can create a SUSTAINABLE LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER and WELLNESS program that will benefit Nevis' dogs and cats for years to come. We are additionally committed to collecting strays and stopping unplanned births to target the feral dog and cat population who will never have homes of their own. We want to ultimately see an end to unwanted and unmanaged dogs and cats on Nevis but NEED YOUR HELP to make this a reality. We have been blessed with the donation of a building in which to set up the Nevis Neuter & Wellness Project but now we need to outfit it with URGENTLY NEEDED medical equipment and supplies. We have already promised follow up spay/neuter wellness dates as early as next month but need YOUR HELP TODAY to make this project a reality. Funds are needed for: * Medical and Surgical Supplies (anesthesia machine, surgical tables, surgical packs, microscope, autoclave machine, patient monitoring system and more...) * Pharmaceutical Supplies * Large Dog Crates (Most dogs over 50lbs) * Building Repairs (hurricane damage) * 3 -20x20 tents for the outdoor intake and recovery areas * Funding for transport teams collecting animals for surgery as many people do not have vehicles or work 2-3 jobs and can't bring their animals to us. * Continuing education programs to promote better animal health and wellness No amount is to small or too big! The dogs and cats on the island of Nevis need YOUR HELP TODAY! With your generosity, we can set up a sustainable program that can be considered a flagship model for other Caribbean and island nations for years to come. Sincere thanks from all the fur-kids on Nevis!
