New Laptop for GabTV and Work

So, I need a new laptop. I know at the rate my personal life is going, it's going to take forever to save. Because my work is mainly graphic and web design, I've come to the point on this one, I need a new processor, at the very least.

This unfortunately means I need to upgrade a lot of other things. If you can help, please do. At the rate it's working I can't even do the little things, like comfortably set up a GabTV steam without OBS crashing out on me.
