Help my Cleo with medical treatment

My family has encountered a string of bad luck over the last 2 years that has put me in a horrible financial mess.  My mom passed, we have had hurricanes, floods in the house, my granddaughter broke her hip and my Cleo has been sick. 
Because of the hardships I have faced, I have had to pay my rent late every month and it's getting harder and harder. My landlord has already threaten eviction before, I'm scared and depressed.  
I am also asking for help for Cleo, she is my rescue and my my world. She has a large mass on her hind leg and it is growing rapidly.  I cant lose her, please help me save her.
