Micah's Journey for a Cure
Donation protected
Please help Jodie, Jamie, Noah, and Micah Legacy. On behalf of an amazingly loving and beautiful family, I would like to request financial help as they battle to help their son Micah James Legacy survive a rare disease.
Micah is diagnosed with X-linked Lymphoproliferative disease, a very rare disease that has only 276 reported cases worldwide, he is scheduled for a bone marrow transplant June 2015. In addition he will have to undergo various other treatments to kill off the disease he was born with and then build back up his immunity. He is currently only 7 months old.
Micah is the strongest little guy. Although this is the hardest thing any parent should ever have to go through, Jodie and Jamie feel fortunate to have the opportunity to try and prepare mentally and financially for this event. We hope, through fundraising they can raise enough money to provide enough financial support to help with travel back and forth to Boston, lodging, co-pays, medicine at discharge, bills, food, to help provide support through Micah’s treatments, and long hospital admission.
Any help through this financial hardship will take them closer to Micah’s cure. If you want to help Jodie and Jamie, please donate. If you can’t donate, please just keep a positive attitude towards Micah’s success at curing XLP and positive wishes, by sharing this story.
