Thunderdome Ministries Network Inc:
"But God whose rich in mercy..."
That dear reader is where it all began a verse, a vision and a dream. That's right back in the mid 1980's God gave me a vision of an after care place . Not just for Christians but Christians exiting prison. You see the very same God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob is still in the business of giving out second chances.
iI already knew about evangelism as I was doing so before I met Pastor Richard E Blue ion August 22 1988. In fact the person who lead me to the Lord in 1984 told Pastor Blue, " I know he's the right fit for you as he does the same work as you.." And from that point in time until his untimely death in late March 2016 I was not only his Armor Bearer but his disciple. Through those years I learned how to teach, preach but how to even startup churches and home Bible study groups.Prior to meeting Pastor Blue I did some discipleship training in Lindale Texas until the Lord called me back to Michigan.
Thus in a span of 26 years plus I have not only served the Lord but learned a great deal about #1 the needs of the people #2 how to teach #3 How to preach and so forth.
Let me make one thing perfectly clear from the start: Thunderdome Ministries Network Inc. plans on NOT to accept any governmental grants to operate an after care program(s) and I will inform you why:
Every agency that operates under Section 8 tends to discriminate against those exiting prison. Such as if your a "sex offender" you very well could get denied housing. And this applies to churches and ministries accepting such grants. This, as founder and CEO of Thunderdome Ministries Inc. seems unfair and very discriminatory..
How Does God Fit in the Product?
God does not discriminate
God care about each and every person.
This ministries specialty will be to what the scripture says is"the household of faith" or in simple terms Christians
To Christians exiting prisons.
This is NOT a hand out but a hands up. Thus a person stay would endure for at least one month to six months
All individuals will have to adhere to special rules and guidelines to maintain order both inside the ministry and the community in general.
In short the ministry, talking about Thunderdome Ministries will do our best to help what Jesus called, "the least of these."
But get this; we can not do the task God set forth unless we have you on-board. Thus we need your help. No strings attached. If you want to help for one month, three months, six month or years that is entirely up to you.. In fact once you do give we will not ask if you want to give again.
Will you help us so we can help those Christians in need?
Yours in Christ
