On the move again

As many of you are aware, a few months back the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) bought the apartment building I'm living in so they can tear it down to make room for another exhibit hall. No sweat, I thought - moveout date is in mid-September, and I'd be getting my student loans in mid-August. Well, the summer term at UNLV was a disaster. I failed both classes, which disqualified me for financial aid, which means no student loans. Also, I was unwell for part of last month, so I wasn't able to drive for Uber as much as I needed to. So here we are, less than two weeks before the move, and I need to raise some cash to cover the deposits & first month's rent on a new apartment not too far from here. Some of the money may have to be used on moving expenses; the LVCC is providing some relocation funds, but I'm not sure it'll cover all of an admittedly short move. I'll need the money by next Friday (9/14) so I can get the lease taken care of and get the move done on 9/15 when I'm supposed to be out. Thanks in advance for all your help!
