OPERATION SANTA CLAUS DROP

We have a young lady who is a group member and long time friend who is really in need of some assistance this Christmas season.
She and her 2 year old son are homeless. She was in a battered woman's shelter for the past few weeks after a very bad episode with her abusive spouse that left her and her two year old son beaten and bruised.
She has no family here in the USA. She has no money and is currently unable to work. This young lady is really in a very tough spot through no fault of her own.
She and her small child are now staying in a hotel while a very messy legal issue with her spouse is being sorted out.
We are looking to raised money for two things at this time. The first goal is to raise money so she and her 2 year old son have a decent Christmas. The second goal is that we are trying to raise money to help her and her son get back on their feet and into a more stable situation.
Any help whatsoever will be appreciated be it monetary donations, gifts or hand me down clothes or toys.
