Recently we lost a loving husband, father and friend to a tragic situation. He was shot in his chest before the eyes of his 10yr old daughter. He left behind his wife and 6 children. Oscar V. Hernandez “Kido” was a kind loving man to everyone who was a part of his life. He loved to help everyone all the time.
