Our "Hearts" Go Out to Olivia

What should be the start of second grade, sweet 6-year-old Olivia has been faced with life threatening medical challenges since early August.  After surgical procedures, hospital transfers, and being on life support for a period of time, we are so grateful that she is currently in stable condition.  She continues her hospital stay out of state and is awaiting a much needed heart transplant.  This is only the beginning of a very long road for Olivia, and family, who have not left their little girl's side.  Traveling back and forth and temporarily living out of state, hospital parking, and mounting medical expenses are just a few financial burdens they have and will continue to face.  This page provides the opportunity for those who want to offer support to the family.  Though they haven't asked, one knows any amount of support would be greatly appreciated.  Our thoughts are with the Thompson family.
