Maysie Madison Fund

Maysie Madison was a spunky little fifth grader from Clarkston, Mi until March, 2013 when seizures began to take over the right side of her brain. Part of her right brain was removed to stop the seizures, but then she started having seizures on the left side of the brain.
The past four years have been a whirlwind of seizures, doctors, medications, infections, and hospital visits, leaving Maysie in a semi-comatose state and needing round the clock care at her home. Due to a miracle and the kind hearts of many people, in 2015 Maysie and her family made it to Mayo clinic, where she was diagnosed with Progressive Degenerative Mitochondria Disease, not a good diagnosis.
An MRI in November 2016 showed her brain continuing to shrink and blood throughout her brain as well. She was then put in hospice and given six months to live. Funeral arrangements are now being made before she gets her angel wings and we are asking your help with the family’s funeral expenses, lost wages during the upcoming time of mourning, and a small amount of unpaid medical expenses.
Thank you for the miracle of your generosity and the help you have provided to Maysie and her family. We wish so much Love and Gratitude to all of you for helping to remove the shadow of debt during this hard time.
