Help fund Tofu's spinal surgery

Hi there everyone,
As you can already tell from the title of this GoFundMe, my Lhasa Apso/Maltese, Tofu, is in critical need for a spinal surgery. She is suffering from Intervertebral disk disease (IVDD) & is slowly losing her ability to walk in her hind legs. Without the surgery, Tofu most likely will become partially paralyzed & unable to use her hind legs forever.
For those of you who know my family and I personally, know how much she means to each and everyone of us. Shes not only our pet, but another member of our family. For the past five years she has brought so much joy and happiness to us that can never be replaced. For those who do not know any of us personally, can still imagine how hard it is to watch something like this happen to your pet.
Being the breed that Tofu is and being the way her body is shaped, she is very prone to spinal injuries due to jumping off and on high furniture. Please please, watch out for your dogs because they could end up in the same position as Tofu. We have so much regret in not knowing any of this earlier & also want to spread awareness for every pet owner out there. We've had her on medication, but she has gotten worse. Our goal to raise is 9 thousand dollars, 3 of which will be going just towards getting her the MRI scan and 6 will be going towards her surgery. & although we probably wont meet that goal, anything will help with the cost of her surgery.
Which is why today I'm asking for your help. To all the animal lovers and pet owners, friends and family, please help us raise money for Tofu's spinal surgery. It doesn't matter how much, any donation will help her. Our baby means everything to us and it breaks our heart thinking that one day she won't be able to jump and run around like every other dog.
& despite all that has happen to her, she is still able to keep that beautiful smile on her face.
