Parking for Malt House People
Donation protected
Please help The Malt House pave our parking lot.
Your contribution will make sure that our parking lot is smooth and clean, and that it conforms to city code. We are under court order to repave the gravely portions of the lot by June.
Yes, it's a court order. Last year it was a simple zoning infraction, but we were financially unable to correct the lot surface so it became a court matter.
Winter is always slower for us, and this past winter was no exception. We do not have the money to complete the court-mandated repairs, nor is it likely that the summer seasonal increase will ever net the amount needed. So, we're turning to our devotees to see if you can help. If you can spare $10, $20, $50, or $100, we'd appreciate your support.
It's no secret that this is a golden age for craft beer and artisanal spirits fans. The selection of quality products is vast, as is the number of locations to enjoy them. Increased competition, and the elimination of our defacto overflow parking area on Winnebago Street during the Union Corners build-out , have taken their toll on our ability to self-fund this major maintenance item. We're forced to ask for your help. It pains us to do so, but we KNOW that there are generous people who want to see our unique neighborhood pub survive. YOUR neighborhood pub. We're asking for your help.
